Infographic - Childhood Cancer

My objective for this project is to demonstrate my ability to conduct research on a significant global issue and produce a visual representation that can effectively increase awareness.
It's unfortunate that childhood cancer is the top cause of disease-related deaths among children in the US. Sadly, research on this matter is consistently underfunded, with a mere 4% of the federal cancer research budget allocated toward childhood cancer. My aim through this design is to bring attention to the gravity of childhood cancer and the inadequate funding provided to help children in dire need.
